   I was travelling everywhere by myself with friends all the time to every city or country in the global , we seldom do family trip together due some family members was busy on working and studying . So , I decide to make a family trip during a week of school holiday to Penang since it was near my hometown ipoh , everything is been arrange Hotels , place to visit and foods to eat for 3 day 2 nights . 118 Hotel     I book 118 hotel through via online , they charge RM140 per night for Deluxe Triple Room due school holiday and RM118 due normal day , it's located at the heart of Penang town and walking distance to komtar and Penang Time square . the was very clean and comfort , staff was really friendly and here was really worth to stay if looking for cheap , comfort and walking distance to places nearby the town .   Arowana Malayan Food Industries Sdn Bhd Or Tanjung Sepat Tanjung Chips , we able to walk through the entire chips making process and the slice of chip been fries . This factory selling homemade tapioca chipsb . We can take a look on how their process , The factory is attached with a shop selling all their products . There is an area where they keep a bunch of tapiocas waiting to be washed , skinned and sliced .  The sliced tapioca, or chips, are then soaked and drained mutiple times to get rid of any dirt or powder . Slicing has to be done through the machine for more precise cutting , The clean chips are then fried in a room specially set aside for such task . Freshly Hot Fried from the "Wok" !!
