Hugo's In The Sky , a bar and restaurant within the hotel . We all had dinner at this restaurant and this bar and restaurant has such a beautiful view of the mountains . the foods that they serve here worth the price to enjoy a little fine dining .

The bar and restaurant each have their own section, both with equally wonderful view from the glass windows surrounding the place . The bar however , has an outdoor seating place . It is one of the restaurants with the best views since it is located at the rooftop of the Grand Ion Delemen . Hugo’s in the Sky, which focuses on Mediterranean food, tapas and cocktails – the thin, crisp-crusted pizzas are a hit here .

Set in a rustic modern , contemporary-styled setting , its informal atmosphere allows guests to sit back and experience a new dining concept . The main menu offers varieties of carefully selected premium grade beef steak and lamb, grilled seafood as well as a variety of home-made pasta and pizza . Hugo’s in the Sky opens daily from 6pm to 1am , except Monday and Tuesday on every alternate week of each month and caters for up to 150 guests . When dining in Chopstix and Hugo’s in the Sky, guests can choose to dine indoor or outdoor, depending on weather condition.

This is an amazingly good first course for garlic lovers and herbs , really crusty all the delicious juices . It is also delightfully simple , shells are bright red and meat is cooked through .

Mushroom Ravioli

A variety of fresh mushrooms , ranging from the mild-tasting button to the intense porcini , are mixed with Parmesan to make a robust filling for this classic Italian dish a delicate sauce of butter/Cheese .

Gelatine Free” Chocolate Chilly Mousse

This rich and decadent chocolate mousse recipe makes for a lovely treat to indulge in when the need for chocolate hits . its use of chocolate and chili in both savory and sweet dishes .
