Langkawi Travel Bubble 2021

  After over a year of border closures, Langkawi reopened to fully vaccinated local tourists beginning 16 September 2021 For domestic and reopening for international traveler at November 15th without having to quarantine. Based on a circular issued by Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture dated September 9, the SOPs are: Completed 2 doses of vaccines. Day trips are allowed. Bookings must be made in advance or through licenced travel agencies registered with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture. Accommodation facilities open to travellers include the swimming pool, gym and lounge.  The beach will be accessible and so water sports, snorkelling, scuba diving and fishing tours can be carried out. Edutainment centres, recreational parks, adventure parks, farms, aquariums, zoos, museums, galleries and other recreational and cultural premises receive the green light. Cendol Sagu Rumbia, Negeri Sembilan

  When you talk about cendol, you can definitely imagine a green dessert eaten with ice, Melaka sugar and coconut milk. Cendol made from rice flour and corn flour, can also be eaten with red beans, corn, durian, glutinous rice or tapai. However, many may rarely hear of sago cendol which is made from sago flour and is appetizing even though it is only eaten with shave ice, Melaka sugar and coconut milk. Compared to the usual, sago cendol is tastier because it has a more elastic texture, in addition to a unique aroma. Cendol sago rumbia in Negeri Sembilan can only be obtained from a restaurant near Kampung Lambar, Batu 11, Jalan Lab. “In the past, sago was the staple food of the villagers instead of rice, because it was filling but now it is no longer.
